Purpose |
| Early Intervention Connections shall be recognized as the authentic voice—the primary local contact with parents, cooperating agencies and other regional entities, for the First Steps Early Intervention System in the City of St. Louis and St. Charles County. Early Intervention Connections assists the First Steps System Point of Entry (SPOE) in an advisory capacity. Early Intervention Connections assists the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Division of Special Education, in monitoring the successful effectiveness of SPOE administration, services to children and their families, Child Find, Provider Recruitment and providing quality, best practice early intervention services to children and families. |
